Our History

Frank Spera Custom Butcher first opened its' doors 61 years ago by Frank Spera Sr's father Ross Spera Sr.  Frank Sr. led the business starting in 1974 with the mission of serving the surrounding area with butchering, deer processing, catering and quality meat services.  We couldn't have asked for a better reception over the years.  Since we first started operating, we've developed a loyal fan base that is just as particular about good meat like we are!  Come on down and meet us in person.​
